去年住過他們家覺得很好，今年來南嶽祈福，決定再次入住他們酒店。地理位置也很好距離景區和大廟很近，時隔兩年再次入住，服務還是一如既往的熱情，值得一説的今年他們家房間都進行了升級裝修。設備設施也更新了。房間整體衞生做的更加細緻完美了，酒店的環境更是沒的説，不管是庭院還是空中花園，景色真的很好，管家小哥哥給我們安排高鐵站接送很方便，我們覺得枕頭太高，酒店還有貼心準備了蕎麥枕，早上的早餐種類也豐富了，跟之前的都不一樣，整體來説，他們家值得入住！

酒店非常的貼心服務非常周到熱情還有高鐵站的免費接送服務管家全程跟蹤細緻房間衞生乾淨整潔設施齊全環境也特別的好房間可以看到南嶽衡山的景觀視野開闊設施也很齊全五樓有自助洗衣房七八等設施早餐也不錯品種齊全位置距離景點都很近周圍吃飯逛街都很方便強烈推薦這家酒店。

房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，位置好，早餐通順，管家們服務態度特別好，房間設施新裝修，智能馬桶。這種化粧鏡非常不錯，到景區非常方便，有下午茶，夜宵還有早餐。下次還會選擇高鐵站免費接送服務，如果開車有免費停車場，前台的服務人員到客房都特別熱情，下次還會選擇。

入住體驗真的很不錯! 酒店位置很好，離中心景區很近，吃喝玩樂都很方便。裝修新，風格大氣，一進來就覺得很舒服。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，設施很新，智能設備用起來很方便細節做得很好。早餐選擇多，中西式都有，味道也挺合胃口，還有下午茶和宵夜供應哦，很愛本地的米粉和豆腐花，好吃!最加分的是管家服務，從入住到離店都很周到，遇到的酒店每位工作人員都很熱情友善，接送站、幫忙拿行李、歡迎小禮物和離店伴手禮等等，真的很周到，很貼心!整體體驗超出預期，寶子們來南嶽遊玩可以住這哦~

辦理入住非常快，大堂提供的蜜桃檸檬水很好喝，開始的印象就非常好，酒店還有很多體驗項目：串手串，抄心經，都很有意思，不是敷衍的。
酒店裡的各處佈置很走心，都非常有味道，早餐和午餐也很好吃且實惠，如果有機會再來衡陽一定會再住！
地理位置也很好，樓下就有霸王茶姬，KFC，瑞幸，步行十分鐘可達南嶽大廟和衡山景區。

從高鐵接送的周師傅、前台的服務、客房的李管家的服務，全程五星級的服務。到店後的歡迎水果因為家人喜歡吃送的新鮮蓮子還特意晚上多送了兩個，第2天早上再送了兩個。另外因為爬山暈車回到酒店問了一下是否有白粥，酒店沒有，還特意讓人到外面去買了一份白粥送到房間還沒有收錢，在這個商業味這麼重的社會，還有這麼暖心的服務，實在是太讚了。
